ok i write this in hopes to not offend anyone!!

I am so scared i am 2 pounds away from 200!! i have never reached 200 in my life my i have weighed 198 before and then i went to lose 25 pounds but as u can see i gained it back and im scared to reach 200 so i am hoping to get some support!!!

please give me support:)looking for some buddies!!!

Hello i have been on and off hear for the last 4YEARS this time i hope to get on and stay on here and finally reach my GOAL looking for friends and support:)

ok yes it is 3am and im up i have a bad cough and im just glad

that im typing on here instead of EATING. Hope to keep logging on what my daily plans are so i can feel that i have to do it and not let myself and any of my buddyslimmers down:) So for today THURSDAY is 1. get to sleep lol     2. record what i eat and drink    3. workout for 45 mins        Check back with you guys later goodnight

I went with the peraonal trainer. ok so my mom had given me the $$ so I call her to tell her what I chose and my boyf is listening in and then he tells me why not have both? I was like cause thats a $100 dollar difference. So we let it go and then this morning I get a call from my trainer surprising me with an upgraded package:) So my boyf called and I get both of them!!!!!!!!! Wow im sooo happy:)

ok all my b.slimmers I need some advice please help me!!

I have a choice on my bday present ok and I choose to use it at the YMCA and these are my choices 1. 4 - 1 hour sessions with a trainer 1 on 1.  2. A group meeting once a month for ten weeks, weekly weigh ins, and the use of vitabot a nutritional site that grades you on your food intake. OK I think the group would be good cause its 10 weeks and in person weigh ins how scary and motivating is that:) but the training 1 on 1 seems great but will only last 4 weeks has anyone had a trainer and what was the outcome? WHAT DO ALL MY B.SLIMMERS THINK????? please HELP ME:))

weight 181:( usually no more than 174 but I was weighed at night with clothes

but still just the thought of being that much 181 is so said when my goal back in nov.09 was to give myself a bday gift of reaching my goal weight and my bday is tomorrow so yes im verydown right now:( becuse i actually weigh more then when I started.
